I started skating as an adult skater at 48 years old. Since that time I have achieved my Moves in the Field Adult Gold and my Freeskate Adult Silver. I have participated in many competitions and have been coaching group and private lessons for four years. I love teaching all ages and levels. My skaters have competed in USFSA competitions and participated in summer camps in Sun Valley. I believe skating should be fun and safe.

​Ruthee Willson is a senior in high school who enjoys figure skating, raising livestock, and being homeschooled. She first heard about the Wind River Skate Club four years ago and has been hooked ever since. She mastered the basic levels quite quickly and within a few seasons went from Pre-Free to High Freestyle. Within that time she started competing with the club. You can find her attending all the different classes offered and teaching the Snowplow Sam and Basic 1/2. She is on the ice whenever she has the opportunity in order to prepare for upcoming competitions and to develop her own skating skills. She loves working with kids of any age and level.
